The frozen packs provide up to 4 hours of cooling relief. The poncho vest is fully adjustable on the shoulders, chest, and waist. The vest has a smooth front without a zipper ideal for wearing under clothes. The Poncho Vest comes in both Dark Blue and Khaki.
